Opportunities
Background:
In order to keep up to speed with our growing list of clients, we too must grow. However, quality over quantity is vital to this growth. Our clients are most impressed with our ability to aggressively increase sales, while representing them with the highest degree of integrity and professionalism.
The Objective:
To facilitate this growth, we must find quality candidates trained to expand our organization. These candidates must be extremely skilled in the fields of management, training, and outsourced direct marketing. However, as the only company specializing in outsourced direct marketing, finding these quality candidates has presented a challenge.
The Solution:
Here at CORConcepts, we train the senior management staff ourselves, beginning from this entry-level position. Learning our business from the inside out increases the effectiveness of the senior level executives as managers.
We hire individuals we like to be around; they tend to be fun people who like to work hard. Our emphasis on creating an enjoyable work life for our clients and ourselves probably sounds pretty attractive, But you've got to earn your way into our world. If you think you've got the goods, good. Make your case, and we'll see if we can make it happen. this is where your involvement begins…
