F.A.Q.s
1. What does this company do?
We are a marketing company that performs outsourced sales and marketing, including corporate promotions on behalf of our clients. Instead of our clients using their own internal marketing or sales force; they outsource to us and hire us to do it for them. They provide promotions and services that we are responsible for presenting to the local business and residential market.
2. What is direct marketing?
Direct marketing is the practice of delivering promotional messages directly to potential customers on a customized basis as opposed to through a mass medium.
3. What would be my daily duties?
Entry Level Account Executives are responsible for the following:
-Meeting daily with various business owners and/or potential clients to present them with services our Fortune 50 clients provide.
-Assisting in the daily operation of the company.
-Developing and implementing original training techniques and tactics to achieve internal goals.
-Developing strong leadership skills to build a high performance, cross-functional team -environment.
-Managing external customer needs.
-Developing excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
4. What is the advantage for a client to use your service?
For clients that have never had a sales or marketing team, we offer them a service that is more effective in reaching target markets than traditional forms of advertising (such as catalogues, media, telemarketing, commercials, and print ads). Our scope and range is unlimited. Clients that have an internal sales force find that our team will out-perform theirs, and do so at a lower cost. Traditionally, we will enter into pay-for-performance contracts with our client, which means it is the first time in history that they have been able to name their own price for a new customer.
5. Why does each location have a different business name?
Each office is operated and owned by a different partner. Each of these managers started with Gabrielle or one of her original partners. They were then trained from the entry-level account executive position into management. Each office is thus named by that manager in order for them to take full ownership of that location.
6. If I'm a potential client, how would I find out if this approach could work for me?
Before committing long-term to a new campaign, a test market is done to ensure that it is mutually beneficial for both us and the client. A typical pilot program would be worked on for approximately six weeks. If proven successful, we will commit ourselves to the client for a longer time period.
7. Why do you consider yourself "The future of outsourced marketing?"
There is more to the claim than the growing business trend towards outsourcing and the extraordinary popularity of face-to-face marketing and sales in the age of information. We pride ourselves on our ability to adapt to changes in the business world and evolve to meet whatever challenges face us. Free thinking and questions are encouraged. We are constantly collecting feedback from our clients and improving everything within our own power. The promotional campaigns, office routine and teaching seminars are constantly evolving as new ideas are suggested. Account Reps are encouraged to step outside their comfort zone and are given challenging but realistic goals on a daily basis. Every week, the entire office will sit down as a group to address current issues. Problems are resolved as a group and decisions are shared, not handed down.
8. Is there travel involved?
Yes, there are opportunities to travel locally, nationally, and internationally. If and when the chance arises, it is strongly encouraged to participate in order to assist in the pursuit of career objectives.
9. When will I know more about the compensation packages available for the position I applied for?
Once offered the position, the subject will be discussed with a hiring manager.
10. What are you looking for in a candidate?
We are looking for ambitious, charismatic individuals capable of excelling in a business, leadership, and sales position. Experience is helpful, but complete training is provided.
